Fantastic sales person who answered all concerns and was not pushy. The marquee ordered (3mx8m) arrived next day with no damaged boxes or parts missing. It took quite a while to put up but that was more to do with our garden than the marquee itself. The materials were good quality, strong solid poles, quality fastenings and ground bars kept the whole structure solid. So solid that two grown adults were able to hang off the frame no problem.Great that each section of the sides can be taken off individually which gives us more options on how to use it. Very pleased with the purchase and glad we paid the extra for a quality product.

This Gazebo is so strong and well made it will last for many more years than a cheaper one. Purchase was really easy with wonderful helpful Gala staff. Very quick delivery.

Fantastic replacement leg pin. When our Gala Tent folding gazebo came back from a hire with a broken leg pin, I was able to get a replacement quickly and it was repaired in minutes. Brilliant!

6M x 3M pop up PRO 50 gazebo purchased for Scout Group. We went for the best quality we could find as we're fed up of destroying cheaper ones. Really impressed with the strength of the frame. Struggled a bit to put it up the first time (in a rush and in front of a crowd!), then we found the instructions...Suspect the joints were just a bit tight from manufacturing so I've put some silicon spray on the legs and joints and now it glides up and down very easily. Very pleased with our purchase and worth the price.

What a fantastic piece of kit, very well made and robust and for the price I don’t think it can be Bettered. I bought mine to store the Campervan in jurying the winter months and to be honest it wasn’t that much more than a bespoke van cover. With the Gala Tent I can walk around the van and polish it jurying the winter months, not possible with a van cover.

Westbury Lions Club purchased this gazebo to replace one that was no longer serviceable. The build quality & materials used make this a reliable purchase & if you develop a problem Galatent sort it immediately. A very dependable company to deal with!

After my initial confusion as to what my order would contain (on line) I spoke with the sales dept. and received excellent, patient service. Next day delivery. Having seen 3 previous marquees, of other makes, demolished by wind I decided to go for a higher quality and although I haven't used this 3m x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro 40 Gazebo I have unpacked it and the quality is astounding! I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a Gazebo/Tent.

Due to weather have only just manage to get the new roof on to my tent, its a perfect fit on the frame i already have from Gala Tents, which must be at least 12 years old know, so very good quality products that i can honestly say will stand the test of time.

Prompt service with delivery next day. Very easy instructions to follow, was put up very easily and quickly. Was just the job for our beer festival. Came down just as easy and stored for the next one. Would recommend product to anyone, good value for money.
