Ordered yesterday. Came today. Last replacement marquee canopy lasted 4 years was erected permanently in all the weather conditions. Good value and excellent service. Well done GalaTents.

Fabulous company. Very easy ordering system. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great product. We went through so many cheaper options before finding gala and really wish we had found them earlier. Sturdy frame, looks great at our school events. We are now buying a second to go alongside rather than having to replace a rubbish one and we never worry about its stability. Incredibly easy to put up and down. Very happy customers

At the time of ordering our marquee I was hesitant about paying out the extra for the ground bars just in case I wasn't happy with the product. But I could have saved a few quid and ordered as a package. They definitely made it easier to put up. Only niggle would be the connection in the middle of back and front entrance are designed to have polls in so looks like you haven't assembled it correctly. Apart from that a good investment.

After lots of research I finally decided to buy a marquee from Gala tents. It was more expensive than my original budget, but after reading lots of reviews the company video finally persuaded me that this was the one for me.Fast delivery and seemed able to contact the company quite easily. The product was a lot quite heavy compared to others giving me some confidence in the product. I was very pleased with the quality of the frame and PE cover. There were a few large burs that needed to be removed and one slightly squashed connection that had to be sorted before assembly. The polls are 1.2mm thick so have to expect that sort of thing. If they were thicker you would struggle to put it up it is quite heavy.It took three of us two and a half hour to assembly, not bad for the first time. It looks very impressive. Obviously I don't have anything to compare it with but am very happy with my purchase. Once up I noticed that one of the side panels with the window in was about two inches shorter than the others. A replacement was delivered the next day. Special thanks to Jade for sorting that out so quickly.

It was delivered on time to the correct address and location at that address. But it has not been used or even unpocked, so no further comment.

Very good service

I bought a 6x4 metre marquee which arrived on time. Unfortunately it was delivered in cardboard boxes and left in the rain. I have used the tent for may parties and has been great. I do now need to buy the bags for the poles and the sides to be packed into.
