I would add that the sales department is helpful and instant in its response - my tent was delivered the day after I ordered it by ‘phone. This was east from start to finish, the best part was when I knew what wanted but didn't know what, Rebecca came to my aid and produced an awesome Banner that ticked every box, Excellent from start to finish of a fabulous high quality product !!

We ordered a significant number of spares for marquees that we (Ramsey Rural Museum) own for various events. We have always found the products to be of good quality. The present order was equally good except for the delivery (not gala). It was a day late and when I asked for the items, some of which were heavy, to be put in my trailer for further transport they were dumped by the trailer.

I haven’’t yet erected the Gala Tent. I am a little bit disabled and I’m waiting for a couple of friends to do it for me - and the weather has been pretty bad.However, I can say that the company is top notch when dealing with orders. My Tent was delivered the day after I ordered by phone. When I realised I needed some other components they too arrived next day.The product looks to be very well designed and very substantial. I don’t think I am going to be disappointed when it is erected. Would I recommend to a friend? Well, let’s wait and see - but I can certainly recommend the Sales service.
