Very pleased with sturdy guy strap

We have been using Gala Marquee's for 20 year's, the Marquee's are built to last and I can always guarantee that spares will be available when needed. I'm still using the original two Marquee's I purchased 20 year's ago.The staff were very helpful with giving advice when I phoned for help on picking the correct canvas replacement. The order was quick to be delivered.

Sides pack fits perfectly and really enhances our 6 x 3 gazebo.

Service is 100% brilliant. Navigating the website was easy and my goods were speedily dispatched and delivered. The overall quality of the replacement bags I purchased is excellent. My only frustration is that because the material the bags are made from is so tough, it makes it almost impossible to close them with the drawstrings. Our GalaTent marquee is now 17 years old and still in very good order so I would certainly recommend these products to family and friends.

Fantastic customer service once again from Gala Tent. Running an events business can stressful at the best of times but when you manage to over book and don't have enough equipment to put out can be a nightmare. When we had this situation we called the team at Gala Tent and our order was processed super fast and on its its way. We recieved our order less than 24hrs later allowing us to get all our hires out on time and not let any of our customers down.
