A very good product and excellent service

First purchased a gala gazebo over 7 years ago and the gazebo is still going strong but some strong winds ripped the roof after having it for over 7 years, so Purchased a new roof late afternoon and couldn’t believe it when it turned up the next day you can’t beat that for fast service , I would highly recommend gala tents you won’t beat them for quality and there is someone ready to take your call should you need to speak to them , don’t confuse gala with these cheap gazebos / tents as gala are pure quality and I don’t think can be beaten

After purchasing 4 gazebos we decided that we should purchase storage bags and side curtains. We were so pleased with the quality and design of the bags for ease of use and protection of the gazebo frames. This really was a worthwhile investment. The Gala Tent personal are really nice people to deal with.

Definitely the best product out there, wouldn’t go anywhere else now- such a robust product that we shouldn’t need another!!

Spares. That’s what makes Gala Tent so good, the bungee cords on our 8x6 were all a bit less elastic than they used to be so I left a message out of hours that we needed some replacements. I was phoned back the next business day and after a few minutes pleasant conversation, told that they’d been ordered for me. They arrived next morning. Superb customer service as always

Bought a 3m x 4.5m Pro Pop Up 50 gazebo last year. A couple of weeks ago, it got blown up into my neighbours garden. My fault - didn't put the sand weights or the ground bars. I've done it now. The gazebo frame survived without ANY damage at all. I was so impressed bu the strength and the durability of the gazebo that I've bought a second 3m x3m Pro 50 gazebo for the top part of my patio. The adage, ' You get what you pay ' is so true. Well done Gala Tents. A few of my friends are now seriously considering purchasing Gala gazebo.

Quick and efficient service with a quality product installed.

All arrived safety on time . Took a few moments to go over instructions. 4m x 6m Marquee took our. Time 2 of us and had ig up in less than 2 hrs. Great quality and easy to install would highly recommend. . . You pay for what you get . Absolutely delighted with the product and Quality and would highly recommend it. Family are looking to borrow it already . So Happy with it. Will purchase accessories when I take it down to store it properly great product well done Gala Tent ⛺️ ????

A great product, well made, well thought out, and value for money. It's not the cheapest, but all the little details make it worth the extra. It's VERY sturdy, the leg pull out tabs are SO much easier, the velcro side panels with skirts are great, the storage bags are excellent. We particularly liked the extra pocket and roominess of the travel bag, plus the extra tightening straps are nice and big. I would say, don't drag it over wooden floors as it can scratch (not when upright, I was just moving it in my hall and made two huge scratches down the wood! User error!). The fact it stands up in storage is also great, and two carrying handles really help. We're thrilled with it!
