The party tent roofs were exactly what I wanted, of excellent quality, keeping out all the rain. They arrived in 4 days and I highly recomend Gala for their products.

I would like to say I was impressed from the moment I walked in the reception the young lady greeted me with a smile and introduced me to a young man on first name basis told him what I wanted he took me on a guided tour of there showroom and fixed me up with a great product Thank you john

This purchase is the third I have made from Gala tents, having previously ordered two 8x4 Marquees from our NFP group and now two 3x3 Gazebos with our logo on. As ever, fantastic service, speedy processing of my order and a great product as expected from Gala.

Contacted Gala to replace poles and joints that got broken when our marquee got blown away! Great service and helpful telephone conversation resulted in replacements arriving the following day.

Thank you to everyone who so patiently answered all my questions before our purchase. We are very happy with out pop-up, our first event was a challenge with setting up on a slope, it coped well with the wind and wet weather when we where taking it down, we discovered a small amount of seepage but overall everything inside remained protected & dry!We won't make the mistake of going anywhere else again - these guys & gals have excellent customer service, obviously have designed from experience, as all contingencies seems to have been thought off and catered for. - very impressed We're well chuffed, thank you guys.

I bought the gazebo from a recommendation by a friend. I’m a kitchen installer and cutting outside is absolutely necessary. So I bought this to keep me and my tools dry in the wetter months. This is by far the best pop up gazebo I have seen! So easy to put up, and get all the sides on. Great product and excellent customer service. We ordered a replacement canopy and side panel. Unfortunately the wrong size canopy was sent by mistake, but Gala Tent sorted this promptly. Wrong one collected & right one delivered just a couple of days later. Our new top and side look fab
