This is the first order i have made with 'Gala Tent'. The old addage being 'First Impressions Count'. And boy is this a fitting tribute in this instance! ... I ordered 12 padded folding chairs. Not only was my order processed and delivered quicktime...'Gala Tent's price was unbeatable,with some competitors charging over double for identical items! Also Free Delivery option with stated minimum spend. To sum up.. I would not hesitate in using 'Gala Tent' again and again for further related purchases. Buy from 'Gala Tent' with supreme confidence in product price and level of overall service provided.

Would love to have written a review on the product, but tent still remains as delivered in your packaging, as in deep December not much cause for unpacking or using - yet, however, would like to say great customer service - thank you.

Ordering by 'phone was easy, as was using the SOT payment system. 'Black Friday' price was very good;Missed the first promised delivery date, but the second attempt was well within the agreed times; andFirst impression of the gazebo is positive. Steel structure feels very strong with plenty of space and headroom under the canopy.Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a robust gazebo that looks like it will stand up to frequent use.

The product is very good quality and was very easy to put together and survived the first winter storm with flying colours the very next day. My only issues was the website took me 3 attempts to order it , it’s Not very smooth , but I’m glad I did

Hi Just put the tent up for Christmas, very easy to construct and straight forward instrustions, the only issue we are having is its has to go up on a patio and we have to think of a way to keep the flaps down so the wind cannot get under neath.
