I have always had excellent service from Gala Tent and the products are so much better than others that I have had.

Fantastic help from sales when I rang, very helpful. Next day delivery extremely good. Quality of Gazebo frame is very strong. Very pleased. Fully recommend Gala Tent for quality of product and service.

Easy to use web site . I need some replacement parts for my marquee. I was going to leave it to new year . But got family over for Christmas and we will use the marquee . The parts were delivered quickly . The bonus was that it was Black Friday and I received extra discount. Thank you .Great product will use again .

I've had loads of cheap pop up gazebos over the years all promising sturdy quality performance. All failed after a couple of uses. I decided to go for a top of the range gala tent and what a difference. You can feel the quality and strength when you put the gazebo up. Taking it down is a breeze as well. I purchased the side walls and floor bars and these compliment the gazebo and are easy to fit. I would recommend buying a quality gazebo rather than the false economics of several cheaper versions.

This gazebo is a beast! It weighs 35 kilos, 41Kg with the roof on. Also, the ground pegs that come with it are very heavy weight. Suitably weighted, I can't see this blowing away any time soon. I like that the foot plates are very big, so they're easy to weight. I'd expect this to last well. It's definitely not going to fall apart.The reason I've only given it 4 stars is that it really is so heavy, arguably too heavy for me. Also, having only used it once, I found it really stiff to put up. Hopefully it will loosen over time. If not, I'll be off to by a can of WD40.

I have been a regular customer for many many years. This is the first time I have ordered with specialist artwork. The process was so easy and to be honest we have not taken it out the box yet we trust Gala Tents so much. The gazebo will have its debut in early December.

Fantastic marquee, very sturdy, well made, the assembly could be simplified but its nothing too difficult. It has window 'blinds' on both sides, that should be pointed out in the description but it wasn't. Also the ground bars are more than enough to keep the marquee in place.Definitely would recommend this marquee to anyone who is looking for quality and longevity.

Excellent quality gazebo, not to be compared to cheap light weight alternatives. This product is well engineered and easyto assemble. Definitely recommend.
