Not much you can enthuse about for tent poles! My order arrived quickly and the poles are fine. Just to odd bit of metal to knock off where holes are punched in. Otherwise great service and quality product.

After loosing our 6x3m light commercial use Pop up gazebo at a very windy 3 day event we explored the event site and the sturdiest things on the site were all Gala tents the PE original marquee being one of them. We were impressed by the low price and immediatley ordered one. (We are a charity which we run in memory of our Daughter this was kindly donated by my parents).Our first use was again hampered by high winds we were on a cliff top in Whitby. We rachetted the roof to the ground which made brilliant storage for the night. Once the winds dropped the next day the marquee went up with ease firmly rachetted down and with use or ground stakes this little beauty wasn't going anywhere. It looked amazing up and we had other traders coming for a nosy. It obviously takes a little longer to put up but the benefit of the height and sturdiness makes up for that extra 30 or so minutes.We really look forward to using it for our future events. We will be happy to review it on hard stand too. Thank you Gala Tent. One very happy customer.

So thrilled with my gala tent. I brought my original one 12 years ago and it had some hard wear! It was up in my garden for the past two years in all weather's. I decided to buy myself a new one and I am happy to say the quality is excellent. It went up so easily. And I love the improvements to the canvas. I also think it was a very keen price. I called to make the purchase and they were so helpful. It arrived within 2 days and was packaged securely. I have in the past and will continue to recommend gala tents.

Having had an experience with a friend's Gala Tent a few years ago, when it came to getting a marquee for our own use there was no question that Gala would be at the top of our list of suppliers. From the easy online order form to the prompt deliver everything went smoothly. Even though we were not in at the first attempt to deliver a second time and date was quickly set up. the driver delivered to a convenient place at our property and we were able to store the packages under cover until needed. The tent was erected mostly by two of us with help from four others to do the heavy lift. We were then able to complete the erection all within a working day. Now we are looking forward to the party!

'Great design and excellent quality overall. I poped it up by myself for the first took 45 minutes will get this own to 30 minutes easy to put together. Well chuffed with the purchase will be buying another soon. Great service with the right advice no upselling. I will be back :).'

I was disappointed that the product did not fit my structure due to mine being of the previous design and a bit old. I have kept the item with a view to upgrade the canopies in the future and it will then fit. I hope

Fantastic quality products and after sales support. Bought a 10x4 marquee 10 years ago and still using it but bought another bigger 14 x 6m pvc marquee for a large garden party. Also bought green matting which works really well on lawn as it allows grass to breath so you don’t get a big yellow dead patch. Completely satisfied with all products. Hardest part is lifting the sides of the roof frame up, needs at least three people for that but I’ve an idea for a device to allow that single handed!
