I bought a PRO 50 Gazebo on the Wednesday and on Thursday it was delivered to Aviemore in the Highlands. First class service! Not only that the delivery was free when other companies charged £20.00The PRO50 was erected on the Friday and that evening gale force winds hit Aviemore at over 50 MPH. Frightening !In the morning my PRO50 with stood all the gale force windsIn the village of Aviemore half of the commercial tents and gazebos were severely damaged and blown away.I am glad that I took Donovan's advise to buy a PRO50 Sound advise.I am delighted with the service and the high quality of my PPRO50 gazeboHamish Brown Aviemore 03.11.2020

Our school decided we needed a quality shelter after our gazebo collapsed in the wind and rain within 2 days. Gala were recommended to us by our Village Fete group and we were able to order and receive a small marquee very quickly. It has survived the extreme weather of recent weeks very well, so we are delighted with it.

So first off, I want to start with the product quality. I've never owned a marquee before, but my friend had one purchased from Amazon and you simply can't compare the two products. The Galatent product is made and packaged really well. The frame is built to last and each component doesn't look to have been compromised. I've erected my marquee twice (more of that in a moment) and despite the size it’s fairly easy for two of you to do.I did notice on the instructions a part was listed that actually isn’t relevant for my marquee. This is a small thing and I made customer services aware and they will pass on to the relevant team.I also had to contact customer support as I was having problems following the video instructions. The video intimated you should be able to zip the sidewalls all the way to the bottom and also plug in the leg cover into the leg itself. I wasn’t able to do this as the zip extended lower than the leg cover, but a phone call with support confirmed what I was doing was correct and all was well. Overall the support guys have been excellent and I’m a little surprised at some of the feedback left that suggests otherwise as my experience has been wholly positive. This did mean I needed to erect my marquee twice to determine if I was doing anything incorrectly, but that probably isn’t a bad thing.I also purchased 2 heaters and these are really effective. I looked around but honestly I can’t fault the quality again.I think the old adage you get what you pay for couldn’t be truer….I might have found a cheaper marquee on Amazon, but I’m fairly sure I would be replacing it within a couple of years.

Extremely impressed with both the product (3m x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro 40 Gazebo) and the service. Online enquiry was responded to very promptly, the order was placed securely and delivery was the following day. The gazebo itself is clearly very well thought-through from a design point of view, and the quality appears excellent. Putting it up was straightforward - just remember to 'tie in' the peak posts before the final hoist. This isn't actually mentioned in the instructions, although it's fairly obvious when you're putting it up. Highly Recommended!

We wanted a robust gazebo that would stand up to most weather conditions when using for scouting activities and community events. We ended up purchasing two Pro 40's with a donation our local Rotary Club kindly gave us. Due to COVID we havent tested them out properly as yet but are very pleased with the quality and printing of each product.
