Great customer service, prompt delivery and a good product

The Company video showed two able active people erecting the tent/marquee. We have proved as two (approaching 80) elderly,somewhat decrepit people that provided the erection method is followed all can be achieved,albeit in a longer time frame. The product is well made and sturdy and we look forward to many years usage.Thankyou Gala Tents for helpful staff, delivery when arranged and a product to be proud of.

Product is top notch. Disappointed with the delivery service due to lack of communication leading to logistical problems, having specifically paid extra to avoid them. Follow up wasn't great.

Have coveted a Galatent for a while and from the moment I contacted them (online chat) it was a simple and pleasant experience to order. My marquee arrived speedily - next day in fact. My son and I did a 'trial run in the garden over the weekend. Having watched the videos and read the instructions we had no problem whatsoever. All pieces present and correct and it went together easily. Love the simplicity (no fancy fittings to break) the height (6ft + doorway), the easy fit of roof and side panels, it feels stable and robust and mostly that it really looks the business. Have Galatent will 'pop-up' all over the place! I'm well pleased.

Great product, well built and we are very happy with it. Unfortunately I ordered a gala tent which when we started to erect it was slightly too big for our garden. We took it down put it back in the boxes and took it back to exchange it for a smaller tent. I was amazed that I was charged over £300 for the privilege as I had opened the packages. Please read the small print before opening the boxes. There is no leeway from the company as it’s written in the Terms and Conditions Would I buy another, and recommend it to everyone YES, it’s a great product yet make sure the size you purchase is correct as it was an expensive mistake.

The gazebo is in my mind quite expensive however, it is particularly sturdy and I am impressed with the service I received and I am also impressed with the quality and strength and my husband tells me it went up particularly well and easily so all in all it seems to be worth the money. I have had cheaper gazebos in the past which were classed as 'heavy duty' but they weren't because they have been destroyed by the weather and when this one arrived its clear to see the difference in the quality so I am very happy.

Great product and great customer support. Our party was a huge success, partly due to our smart Gala Tent. We hope to enjoy summer parties with it for many years to come having chosen the strong PVC version.

Outstanding quality and strength means it doesn't collapse with a small amount of rain. We bought the 15kg weights and this has held it firm in winds so far up to 22 mph.

Bought this canopy to fit the 3x3m pro gazebo frame. Really impressed with the quality of construction, pleasant staff and speed of delivery. Expensive but having wasted my money on cheap frames that buckle and canopies that tear I will only buy from Gala Tent in future.

Once again the service from Gala Tent is superb. We ordered some spare marquee parts which were readily available and sensibly priced. The service and prompt delivery is second to none.
