Once again the service from Gala Tent is superb. We ordered some spare marquee parts which were readily available and sensibly priced. The service and prompt delivery is second to none.

Unfortunately our lovely gazebo lost a fight with bad weather and needed new parts. The friendly staff at gala tent sorted us out in no time and the parts were with us the next day.

Ground bar kit for 4.5 pop up gazebo. Was a bit dubious if this kit would work but was astonished at how good it is...! VERY fiddly to fit and I can see the 'wing nuts' getting lost very quickly. (something similar to the strengthening bar fixing would be good guys..!) but once installed I was amazed at how much the sidewalls stopped flapping and the whole gazebo felt much more secure. Well worth the purchase price and if they can come up with a better way of fixing, it would be 5 stars all round.

I’ve bought 4 gala tents in the past but my last purchase of a 4x10 was a tad disappointing. It had 5 bungees missing and the ground rail has become an extra. I seem to remember that it was standard. The tent itself went up quickly and is of fairly good quality.

Excellent service and a great quality product. Our old 6m x 12m marquee was purchased from Gala 10 years ago and looking a bit sad after many years of faithful service. The poles and side panels were all still serviceable, We only needed to replace the roof. Looking forward to another 10 years with the knowledge that all the other parts can be replaced as required.

the gala tent was perfect for our event

We bought this marquee for a big family do for my mum's 90th. It was really easy to put up, taking two of us just over an hour. It is good quality and everything fitted easily. The elastic toggles make it really easy as they provide the tension. Just a tip that seemed to work better - put them through the roof first so the toggle sits against that, then it is a lot easier to run lights, bunting etc through later. We had the marquee up for five days, including one quite stormy one, and it was fine with just the guy ropes it came with. The zippable doors and side panels make it very easy to adapt to the conditions. Overall a great buy that made it a very special weekend, and for less than the cost of hiring we have a marquee that should last for years. We couldn't recommend it too highly!
