This is our second gazebo purchased from Gala and the quality and durability is exceptional. We had the same product from a different company and Gala is by far the better quality. The Gala customer service is as good as the product which again completely puts the other company to shame. Will definitely never look anywhere else for an event gazebo again.

Amazing customer support in replacing parts for my Gala Tent. Julia Moreman dealt with my request and took the care to make sure each part was correct and advised delivery times throughout. A great service - Julie is an asset!

Absolutely love my gazebo that I received today. The whole process has been so smooth especially as I had my logo printed in the canopy. Can’t recommend Darren enough! Very helpful and not pushy in the slightest like many salespeople
