excellent product much sturdier than i had hoped for , relatively easy to assemble with good instructions does need at least two people , one slight fault two of the side bars were not pre drilled as the others , but a minor point . so far everything ok and happy with the service

I've just put up the main frame and roof panels and so far its a quality marquee. Good welds on the joining pieces and clear instructions. Looks as if it will last 10 or more years if cared for!!

Purchased a bespoke 4.5 * 3 m gazebo for use at the farmers market. The artwork and printing standard is superb as is the quality of the frame. Great service from the team at Gala tent sadly let down in the final mile by TNT taking 3 days to finally make my delivery. Used at my first market this weekend and the brand presence was superb with lots of positive comments - thank you to all the team at Gala tent

My new pop up marquee arrived swiftly and whilst the wheeled carry holdall was too small for the tent I ordered, once I informed Gala Tent of this fact a new one was dispatched straight away. Well done Gala Tent for a great service experience.

No complaints about the product but the attitude of a very out spoken lady dealing with my after sales concerns left a lot to be desired

My gazebo is second to none. I brought it to replace a cheap one that collapsed in a slight wind and I should have gone with gala tent from the beginning. It took me ten minutes to assemble on my own and looks amazing in my garden. The storm poles and straps give me the confidence to leave it up even in strong winds. It took a while to get to me due to supply problems during the corona virus pandemic but when I phoned customer services I got no nonsense answers and plenty of apologies even though it wasn't gala tents fault. 10/10. Thanks guys.
