After spending many hours researching which Company to purchase my Gazeebo from after purchasing three Gazeebo's from other manufacturers at a cheaper price (which only lasted for one summer, before breaking. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from Gala Tent of a 3x4.5 metre Gazeebo ( Pro 50 model) - the Quality of the product is outstanding as was the whole experience of using Gala Tent from help with the Inital order to final delivery of product product.

My wife and I were looking for a stronger Gazebo as the one we have been using is very good but lacks the strength it needs to keep it grounded safely and the sides are quite flimsy. Our research led us to Gala Tent’s and we purchased a 3 x 3 M Gala Tent in pink (we wanted something that sticks out!) they are very robust, sturdy, easy to erect and comes in a valise. The only drawback is the weight which some people may find difficult, other than that it’s an excellent product. I found the staff very helpful and delivery was excellent with it being delivered the morning after the day we purchased it. The only other observation I have is we could not find any in the south of England so it was bought over the phone from the website which is not idea but on this occasion it worked out well.

I was looking for over 4 weeks for a commercial gazebo, studying, build quality, prices, sizes, colours, untill I came across Gala Tent, These guys know there stuff. I was in contact with a guy called Lee at Gala Tent who was keeping me informed of every detail about these gazebos. I was looking at the 3m X 4.5m pro max 50. I spoke to Lee about it one day the next day I ordered, with a no hassle payment system online made it easy. It came on a next day delivery service. And once I opened it you could see how well made these gazebos are, even down to the spring system which other companies do not have. I'm so impressed. Gala Tent is the place to buy from. Easy process, friendly, outstanding customer service, and amazing build quality of the products. Thank you Gala Tent keep doing what you do Amazing.

Needed a new table for our show stand, so purchased the 8 feet folding Granalite table, it was delivered within 24 hours of ordering and has just done its first show.......easy to unfold and use and the quality we would expect from Gala, very happy with it so far.

Excellent customer service right from the first phone call. Great advice, and prompt delivery. The quality of the tent is very good and instructions were clear. Very impressed with everything.

Table is good and shelf very useful but is VERY expensive for what you are getting. Shame you cannot buy 4.5m of table in any combination when you sell 4.5m gazebos.

The new printed cover for the gazebo looks fab and was delivered bang on time!

I found all that is said about the gala 50 gazebo to be correct, I am delighted with the product and would always return to Gala Tent UK, for all my needs on camping and garden requirements.

From design to Order everything was great no issues and all questions answered. On day of delivery everything went down hill. We only received 2 of 3 parts of our gazebo which was ordered for an event the next day. I called to find out what was happening to find out couldn’t get other part delivered on time and was told will get a call by 5pm Friday with an update and will receive a goodwill gesture. It’s now Monday and I have had to phone and get update which is not great customer service and the goodwill well not very goodwill.

I have only just been able to review this product as we have only recently been able to erect the gazebo, prior to the summer season of fairs and shows in our area. The item is very well made and easy to put up. (we used 4 people to achieve this)We are all very pleased with the quality of the printing on the front of the gazebo roof, both for our logo and badges and the logo of the sponsor at either end.All in all a really good buy which will give us years of use - well done Gala!
