I was a bit apprehensive ordering via internet, sight unseen. However, very happily surprised when a very well built, very solid/sturdy gazebo arrived. I used it the next day, and even in a strong wind, it didnt move. Super solid, super easy to put up and take down. I am impressed for sure. If you are considering ordering one, just go ahead and do it.

Easy to order and next day delivery,brilliant!

Just bought a half sidewall for the gazebo I bought 4 years ago, which is still fantastic with no broken parts in that time.The half sidewall is easy to fit and the bar I bought makes it secure and safer for keeping the public away from the large cooking dishes. The phone advice was good and very helpful.

The Gala Tent we purchased was a good buy. It worked well for our Exhibition we attended. It was also easy to put up with 2 men and came down easily enough also. All in all a good buy.

At last a proper awning that is easy to put up and once up you can relax it will uphold. Great service great product I won’t be going anywhere else in the future when I buy new.

The initial ordering process went well, and Gala was able to rearrange delivery date to fit my schedule, but the order was delivered incomplete. Only 1 of 2 boxes was delivered by the courier company, and it took numerous emails and calls before Gala resolved the issue. The original missing box was never traced and Gala reissued the order for the outstanding items. The net result is that receiving the full order took almost 3 weeks. The product is fine as usual.

We took our tent to Chicago for the Highland Games - the 'windy city' lived up to it's name but our tent stood it's ground and survived some pretty wild, swirling winds, while others snapped and took off. Very impressed and glad we went for the quality from Gala Tent.

Unfortunately my Gazebo was attacked by a very sharped beaked bird, who had pecked small holes in the roof. Ordered repair kit and know all is well. Thank you for your prompt and efficient help.
