The service is exemplary and this is my 3rd purchase. The gala pro frame is superb quality but as I leave the canopy on for at least 6 months I order a new one each summer as the old one gets quite jaded. Impressed that they last through all the british summer weather

Excellent bit of kit

I had seen a number of Gala tents being used at fesivals and decided the cominal garden gazebo just didn't cut it any more, especially as I was on my second and that too was struggling in winds and rain.I did a lot of research and Gala kept coming up trumps. The delivery went without a hitch and the Gazebo frame arrived slightly locked togther but a little untangling soon sorted the issue out.To this point I have opend the frame to check it works and inspected the covers and accessories which all look good.I am looking forward to my first festival of 2019.

Excellent product and customer service

Had gala gazebo for several years. Just replaced canopy. We leave it out for several months in summer so canopy gets lots of weather wear. Would recommend the green for a good blend in a garden setting. Excellent product and service. Do not waste your money on a inferior product.

Just used this today for the first time and I must say I’m very impressed! There were 2 of us to put it up , and I have a frozen shoulder but still managed it. Very sturdy, very smart looking Gazebo. We live the fact that we can add to it as and when finances allow. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Just received my new gazebo and am really pleased with it. Great quality and looks really professional. Highly recommend this company from start to finish they were great from Julie and Darren in sales to Julie in customer service, felt everyone one of them gave personal individual service!!
