Excellent service, fantastic marquee.

I recently purchased sidewalls for my gazebo after some research and a recommendation from a friend to use Gala Tent. The service was excellent the quality of the goods is great value for money, but to top it all when I had a minor issue with the delivery of my item the prompt response and resolution from the customer service team was exemplary.

Canopy that was ordered was still not available but a replacement was supplied . Service was as normal excellent.

Darren and Julie in sales were super-helpful. The gazebo and graphic banner arrived the very next day. I found the gazebo rather hard to put up as I am not tall enough to push the corners in at the top but other people on the market helped me. The gazebo is really easy to trolley around as it is very compact. The quality of the build is great and I am very happy with the product. I would highly recommend Gala Tents.

Great tent well made very sturdy much better than a gazebo ,like having a extra room in the garden

We required 2 new replacement ends for our 12 x 6 marguee due to ware and tear. Ordered and paid simply. Goods arrived next day. Gala staff always help full. Great company to deal with.

The tent pegs were fine and the service was good. The only down side is the cost of the courier . £7.95 for 4 tent pegs is well over what it would have been if they had been sent by post instead of courier.

I had a very fast communication with Darren. Shipping was a higher than i expected given the quantity of items ordered though order arrived pretty fast

Marquees are strong and robust and the guys are friendly and helpfull. Bought from them once before, will definately buy again
