First time buying a gazebo, set up new business. I looked at many gazebos, Amazon, eBay, various company’s and gala, quality, standard, and durability stood out. Pictures of models were very good, leaving no area unseen. I did end up going for the pro 50 3x3. The sales manager I dealt with had so much patience, and helped me through the entire process. Finance there were a few selection errors made by myself but again the manager sorted it with no hassle, great positive attitude. If I have any problems I feel confident that they would sort them out quickly over the phone.Thanks Tom

Great company to deal with, a big thank you to Darren and Jade who were both so helpful. Haven't put up marquee yet, although I know they are great quality as we have used a gala fusion marquee before. It was delivered at a time that was suitable for us and very well packaged. Well done Gala Tents, if only more companies were like you!

Ordered a gazebo, sides and banner wrap. There was a delay in fulfilling my order as I needed the version of gazebo that would collapse small enough to fit a car boot. Item came in to stock a day or so before Christmas howeve Gala offered me the option of delaying delivery to avoid the expense of paying out at an already expensive time of year. The item was delivered on a day that suited me. From initial enquiry, through the purchase options, the banner design stage and assistance with registration of the warranty, all staff from each department were helpful and engaged with me in a manner that made me feel like a long-standing repeat customer. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and their product. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

The 3x3 pro40 compact is a lovely sturdy gazebo suitable for using at our local market. A bit stiff to put up at the moment but that will ease with use. Gala was recommended to me by a trader who has had these for years, The service and advise was good and the order came the following day within 24 hours, giving us time to put it up at home before the market the next day. It folds down to fit in the back of my ca rwithout having to rearrange everything! Thank you Gala I will be recommending you and in fact another trder was asking which gazebo I had as they are looking for a lighter weight gazebo thatn the one they already have.
