I cannot speak more highly about my experience in purchasing a 3mtr x 3 mtr Gazebo from Gala Tent. From my initial enquiry through have the valance printed to the Gazebo arriving earlier than expected, an excellent buying experience!

I have just bought a replacement door panel as the zip on my old one came off its runners. I wasn’t sure what to buy as a replacement and used the online chat service. A very helpful gentlemen provided me with the code and I was able to order. Arrived swiftly on the next day delivery. Used this weekend and it fits perfectly. Thankyou Gala Tents!

I chose GalaTents for a number of reasons:1. they had their products on display so i could see them before buying, 2. I could collect from their warehouse so i didn't have to risk a carrier damaging it or having to organise redelivery when they didn't deliver at the alloted time ('cos they do that y'know),3. I could speak to someone on the phone who answered all my questions and offered suggestions as to the right product for my needs, the websites sellers don't usually offer that, or their sites are arranged so they get your contact details before they give you any information,4. Their prices are competitive. The chap i dealt with was excellent and a credit to GalaTents. He was helpful, friendly and knew the products and their USP's.When we got to our event and put the gazebo up i was very impressed with what i got for the money, the quality and ease of assembly is excellent.I would highly recomend GalaTents to anyone.

'Impressed' doesn't even come close !!!Upgrading to a top of the range gazebo is an expensive decision, so i did the research and explored as many brands as possible before deciding to part with my hard earned cash !!After LOTS of telephone conversations i reached the conclusion that, like for like, there's not a great deal of fifference across the board with regard to cost.So, it boiled down to one thing .... and Gala Tent got my custom based upon thier top class customer service !!!My questions were answered, my requirements were understood, my needs were met !!!..... thier promises were fulfilled, thier delivery was perfection, thier gazebo is perfect and as described !!Upon closer inspection 2 panels needed exchanging ..... 1 phone call is all it took - no quibble and no problem or drama, just a simple 'Sorry' and 'We'll put it right' ..... and the next morning the courior arrived with the promised panels .......
