Very fast service and the gazebo is excellent quality, a pleasure to erect and use

After a recommendation from a friend I ordered ground pegs for my caravan awning. I was very pleased with the excellent quality of the product, and the service. Fast delivery and well packaged. And communication was first class. I will certainly be shopping for more camping items in the future and would fully recommend Gala Tent UK. A++++

Marquee arrived, 14 Jan 2019. I have only checked the boxes, but fro what I have seen, everything is just as I wanted. Having seen this product at other charity events, they to me seam to be a lot better that the charity supplied popup gazebo, that I have use before. I think with the steel frame and full PVC this purchase will last of a good few years. I cannot comment on setting the tent up as my first event will not be until around April 2019, which gives me time for a practice build.The purchase process could not have been better, I selected this items I thought would suit me and after a telephone call with Gala Tent, the items where purchased, as the staff could not have been any more helpful.The only issue that I came across, was on delivery. The TNT driver was complaining about the weight as was saying it should have been split into two or more boxes. This is nothing against Gale Tent, as I thought everything was fine.I will be ordering other products to finish of my Marquee before I start my charity venues in April, and would recommend Gala Tent to anyone who want a good quality Marquee, which I my view will with stand the lovely weather in Blackpool on the sea front.

Gala look good on line. They are. I was torn between a few options as we all do when looking at buying on line. Quality GOOD. Number of bolts and ties was lacking, PLEASE put in a few spares as an exact number feels penny pinching and we lost a few in the mud. Overall YES, a company you can trust (and call if stuck) who do sell good kit.

placed order 04/01/2019 received 09/01/2019 very well packed checked all items appear to be OK. Wont be erecting until March but don't envisage any problems.The 5 stars is for extremely friendly & helpful sales department & quality of items received.Will send further review when up & running.Definately recommend 'Gala Tent'

Best company in the market, from purchase to the end. Kind enough to help you to go through for payment next day delivery even Isle of Wight. It’s well worth it for every single penny. I would just say if you looking a tent or gazebo just buy it no need to waste time with the others. BTW loving my wheely gazebo bag. Will purchase another one soon. :)

We bought a 3m x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro 40 for our domestic use for family events. We had previously bought two gazebos that we fastened together. They were about a third of the cost of this purchase, but they only lasted three or four years and then had to be scrapped. The quality of the Shade Pro 40 is superb. It was used on the patio over the Christmas period and it survived some really wild weather demonstrating that the structural construction and waterproofing are of a high standard. It is unlikely under the conditions we will be using this gazebo that it will suffer the same fate of our previous gazebos, and if there is a breakage spare parts can be purchased.The initial purchase did not include the groundbars, but it became obvious that this was a mistake and we purchased the groundbars shortly afterwards. Our advice is, that if you are going to use this on a patio and not on grass, buy the groundbars at the start – it is cheaper than having to buy them as an extra later on. Also we bought a carpet, but we had to use a tarp underneath on the patio to prevent evaporation from the ground ending up as condensation on the inside walls in the cold weather. The carpet is intended for use on grass and is porous. Another tip is that if used next to a house, one side can be secured to the wall of the house using climbing pitons/bolts and karabiners. The other side is secured by pegging to the garden. The guy securing straps (supplied) are very strong and much better than guy ropes.Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend the Gala Tent Shade Pro 40. We are confident that it will be cost effective in the long run.
