Pop up gala tent is okay, the storage bag lasts all of 5 mins, I spent close to 1k on a pop up gazebo and accessories, I’ve used this gazobo only twice and the storage bag has broken already. I called gala tents direct and they offered me a £9.00 discount on upgrading to a heavy duty bag which I thought was an insult especially when I’ve spent close to a thousand pound on a as I thought top of the range product, Summary: gala pop up tent is good but let down by the poor quality of the storage bag which is important and poor customer service as I’m still waiting for a response to my email.

"Thank you Leigh for your review. You received a bag with your gazebo when you purchased it a year ago, this bag is a heavy duty bag. However the bag had unfortunately been pulled around off the wheels (which it is not designed to do) wearing holes in the bag where it met the ground. We have offered a goodwill discount from a different bag with larger wheels which would stop this from reoccurring. We have replied to all contact with ourselves and we are still here to talk should you have any other questions , Gala Tent"

Our Gala gazebo arrived promptly and has served us very well for the four weeks it was erected in our Christmas tree farm sales area. It is robust, of good quality materials and is very easy to erect and dismantle. All in all we are very pleased with our purchase and we look forward to a lot of use from it in the forthcoming years.

Excellent response to a need for spares and a new cover after a freak accident during the September storms. The staff went out of their way to source my original order and identify the necessary parts. And it all fits, took me less than an hour to repair!
