Purchased the P50 which arrived this week. We have put up the frame with ease and the cover was a real bonus. Mark was very helpful and our communication was great. Delivery was good. Overall would recommend this company, looking forward to trying it out

From first phone call to final delivery, the customer service from the whole team was excellent. I have zero experience in this area and they made the process very easy to understand and helped with exactly what products would meet my needs. This included using the printing service and I could not be happier with the results. Also, product was slightly damaged during delivery (not Gala Tent’s fault) and they resolved this incredibly quickly. Thank you.

I needed replacement poles for a marquee, of unknown make. I rang for assistance and spoke to a friend, knowledgeable man who helped me with my purchase. The poles arrived within a couple of days and are exactly as expected. I had mentioned that we were not in a rush for delivery but even so, the man rang to say the poles would arrive on Friday rather than Thursday. All in all a very swift helpful, efficient

The gazebos are well made. Ours have stood 3 continuous summers of hot sun and high winds. Now I need to replace the roof fabric and they were supplied quickly at a reasonable price with NO FUSS. I have dealt with you before and you are exemplary.

I decided to contact customer service to see if they could accommodate my large purchase. After talking to customer service regarding my order myself decided to take the plunge and place my order. The service of the team was very professional from the being to the aftercare. Once placed my order before 3.30pm it was next day delivery, it arrived the following day full communication through out the journey of my order.
