My husband and I decided to invest in a Gala Pro 50 3m x 4.5m Gazeebo to provide a good area of shade in our garden during the summer months for the children in our care. We absolutely love it. It is of fantastic quality and easy to put up. It’s so strong and although a bit heavy it’s manageable. Lee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The ordering and payment process was straight forward and very easy. Delivery was super speedy. We ordered and paid on Monday and delivery was on our doorstep Tuesday lunchtime. Amazing service. Thank you so so much. 100% top company to do business with. Already been asked where we purchased it from. Will be highly recommending your company and products. And to make thing even better it’s designed and built in Britain.

I had a very pleasant experience with ordering from GALA Tents, and even though a parcel went missing via the Courier, they were very quick to replace the item and left me with no worries at all. Ordering was professional and easy, delivery was quick and the product is exactly what I needed. Knowledgeable of product answered all technical questions, had actually handled the pop up ( so understood what I was asking, unlike another company who could not answer my questions!! If a customer is going to invest several hundred pounds on a pop up I want the company to know what they are selling The first time I used my pop up it was very easy to handle ( two females 50’s and over 70, )The second time was even easier, every thing just fits together neatly, the fact that it has 3 holes in the feet to peg down is even better.I would recommend Gala every time having used both of the gala tents and the pop ups.????

We purchased 15 Gala Shade Pro MX Gazebos last year for use at events and were so pleased with them that when we needed a gazebo with sidewalls there was no need to look further than Gala. Excellent sales service with very easy ordering thanks to the very helpful staff (Julie), next day delivery with good quality packing so there was no damage, and another high quality product.

We have seen and tried several gazebos from various company’s, having bought erected and shown various neighbours we are all of the opinion that this is a fantastic gazebo.

We are very please with the quality and size of our gala tent. Once lined and curtains up and furniture installed in it, the ambience was very professional and warming. The only problem we found was the length of time it took to put it up! It took three men and 4 hours!. We would recommend Gala tents and all their accessories. Mary D
