I have been using my pro 50 heavy duty, 3.0x4.5 gazebo type shelter for market trading. I had it custom printed with my branding using dye sublimation. The friendly help and guidance, about formats and printing issues that I received from the graphics studio was second to none. I would also like to thank the ever cheerful, patient and helpful Lee, who made sure that I got what I needed, rather than what I thought I wanted. The image file I sent was optimistically huge and detailed but Gala exceeded my expectations; the canvas I received was fantastic. It looks amazing. Thanks Guys.

Found the website via Google and called them up. We ordered 2 Marquees, a 6x3m and a 4x4m. transaction was easy, the staff on the phone were helpful and delivery came on time. product was great, solid and easy to assemble. If there was another product i needed that Gala Tents could supply, we would buy from Gala again.

Gala tent undersold their customer service and quality of product. I needed my goods at short notice and everything I was promised was executed. Thank you.

I have not had a chance to use the gazebo as yet but the quality seems excellent. The only fault I had with the service was that I was not informed that the model I ordered was not in stock. This meant that it didn't arrive in time and I was unable to use it for the event I had ordered it for. Had I been told of the delay in delivery, I would have saved my money and ordered the gazebo this year instead.
