I'm very impressed with Gala Tent.Ordering was very straight forward, with a pre-sales question answered promptly.The tent itself is of excellent quality. We bought ours to cover a hot tub in winter and the 3x3 does this perfectly.The framework is very robust and went together easily (once I re-read the instructions and realised you were to ignore the holes; they were not meant for the bolts!).The covering is perfect and the zipped corners brilliant. It really does increase stability and stop the panels from flapping about in the breeze.I opted for the ground bar, and was glad I did because it further adds to the structural integrity and prevent any movement of the side panels.I bolted the tent to the patio and it hasn't moved since, even during some very strong winds that tore another cheap gazebo to bits.Very much recommend!The only downside is that the panels come with a fairly large 'GALA TENT' logo stitched at the top, which we managed to remove.

Excellent service, delivered as promised within 48 hours. High quality product, straightforward to erect although we needed 4 people not the suggested 2. Really useful wheeled bag to keep the frame stored and to move it around.

Wow, what can i sayWhen it arrived i nearly collapsed by the size of the box, i had to laugh and thought what have i done, LOL, but let me tell you, wow what a piece of kit, ive got a cheap 3 by 3 metre cheap gazebo but this beast is so well made i cant believe it, im so glad i got it, its gonna look great in my garden for bbqs etc, a stunning carry bag comes with it as well, proper made bag.I recommend this product all day long, thanks gala

Having bought a POLY 6 x 3m gala tent 8 years ago, which has been used on numerous occasions and has been a great asset. I decided to upgrade to the Elite 100% PVC Gala Tent. It arrived the day after ordering and was put up at the beginning of Dec for Christmas. I have been totally impressed with the quality and durability of the material. The replacement of the zips by the Dutch stitching and Velcro certainly improves the strength and build quality. The addition of covers for the windows has also enhanced its appearance and adds the element of privacy. It has taken a long time to take the plunge and purchase the tent, but I can honestly say it was a wise decision and well worth the outlay .Thank You Gala Tent

Gala Tents and frames really do need Gala Tent and frame storage bags when they are being stored away and not used. It saves storage space and time when you next use the tent because everything you need is securely packed away together especially when you have more than one.
