Really happy with this fantastic gazebo, from the easy of putting it up, to the high quality all emblazoned with the CWU logo. Great customer service and professionalism by Darren. The ordering process was simple, and the gazebo was delivered as promised.

This is the second Gala tent we've bought now for our scout section and they are great. Easy to transport, easy to put up, robust and good value for money

Seems to be a constant challenge when ordering. Delayed delivery and then wrong item in the end. Eventually sorted but just like my previous order, there is always extra leg work on customers end, be prepared, apart from that great product and strong quality metals used

After a recommendation from a friend I ordered ground pegs for my caravan awning. I was very pleased with the excellent quality of the product, and the service. Fast delivery and well packaged. Marquee arrived, 14 Jan 2019. I have only checked the boxes, but fro what I have seen, everything is just as I wanted. Having seen this product at other charity events, they to me seam to be a lot better that the charity supplied popup gazebo, that I have use before. I think with the steel frame and full PVC this purchase will last of a good few years. I cannot comment on setting the tent up as my first event will not be until around April 2019, which gives me time for a practice build.The purchase process could not have been better, I selected this items I thought would suit me and after a telephone call with Gala Tent, the items where purchased, as the staff could not have been any more helpful.The only issue that I came across, was on delivery. The TNT driver was complaining about the weight as was saying it should have been split into two or more boxes. This is nothing against Gale Tent, as I thought everything was fine.I will be ordering other products to finish of my Marquee before I start my charity venues in April, and would recommend Gala Tent to anyone who want a good quality Marquee, which I my view will with stand the lovely weather in Blackpool on the sea front.
