Great service from these guys. Right through the decision making, online chat and delivery. We’ve yet to use our new gazebo, but are assured from others we know who bough Gala Tent structures that we won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to it!

we ordered a 3mtr by 3mtr at the leisure show ,a good deal ,arrived as requested ,everything we asked for was there ,the quality is superb,i would recommend gala to everyone ,and we will buy again soon.

We have recently purchased a 6mx12m clear span marquee off of yourselves. We are very pleased with it and it looks great other than the walls. The wires that hold the walls up are just not up to the job. We have had some breaking and falling back down. The metal hooks on the tensioners have also been stretching resulting in the wires falling off and then the hooks being unusable. We have since managed to fix the issue by cable tying the walls to the eves purlin but as you can imagen this does not look the prettiest and is rather disappointing that we have had to do this. I was just wondering if we could come to a solution to resolve my issue.

The gazebo I purchased looks to be perfect for my stall and is easy to erect and the taupe colour really suits my products. The service has been great with polite and well informed staff

Amazing! We've used multiple companies for gazebo's, flags etc over the years but we were generally impressed with the service and quality provided. For a small company, we need to focus on cost but this meet our needs and for a launch event, we are thrilled to bits. We will certainly use Gala for future years.

The quality of the gazebo was just what I was looking for. Have tried cheaper gazebos in the past and they never really come up to expectations.This one is perfect. Can,t wait to put it in use.Would definitely recommend for quality and service.

We have probably used one of your Marquees for the most unusual projects ever. We undertook to build a new commercial boiler house for the local council . We laid a 6mtr x 4mtr concrete base with the view to install a bespoke metal clad building . Base was laid , ready for building , this was on a 6-8 week delivery . To meet the programme of works we installed one of your marquees and our now assembling the plant & pipe- work inside it . Once the building is ready , we will cover plant with tarpaulins then Remove marquee and erect new build around it . We contacted your company on the Friday and by the Wednesday of the following week it was erected and doing the job . We thank you for a fantastic product and service . The tiling is great...had a couple of pieces missing but that was rectified and dealing with Nathan was easy...but this purchase has been overshadowed by the delivery process by Khuene & Nagel which was a shambles...wrong location, wrong time, couldn''t follow customer requests, driver was very unhelpful. Would only buy from Gala again if they used a different carrier.

Awesome! Purchased this to use at my sons football in bad weather and it’s Just fantastic. It’s nice and easy to put up with a couple of the other parents and the quality is excellent. It’s a great size to get the team and their gear under and keep the parents dry during the match. A fantastic corporate box for that Saturday morning football. Would strongly recommend over cheaper offerings. No comparison and worth every cent!
