2 orders this time. First delivery - flooring - bungled as a result of admin error by Gala. Rather nerve-racking as required for my major birthday celebration and wedding anniversary the following day. Happily sorted by pre 9.00am delivery on the day . Gala put a modest and fair credit on my account which I used against second delivery which worked fine. Gala are a very good company to deal with and I recommend them without hesitation.

I decided on the Gala Tent gazebo after talking to other traders and comparing specs with other brands. I have only used it a couple of times but it feels strong and robust, and I am very pleased with the quality. I have managed to set it up on my own although it would be easier with two people. The carry bag that comes with it fits easily which makes a nice change. Customer service and delivery was excellent and fast. My only criticism is that it only comes with 4 pegs. They are good heavy duty ones which is great, but 4 is not enough.

well engineered and well finished gazebo. Roof material is heavy weight and waterproof. Some sway on frame which could be improved with additional stays.

Products on the whole very good. Shame Gala use any excuse not to honour warranty

We do honor most warranty claims, unfortunately the limited warranty does not cover everything however most insurance companies can cover your gazebo for accidental damage. The quality of all parts is excellent. The marquee is strong and sturdy and very 'fit for purpose'.Minor niggles are :-- there were no spare wing-bolts (things easily lost in grass)- there were not enough toggle ties- the zipped up panels at the corners had to be pulled up well off the ground for the corner flaps to be hooked to the bottoms of the corner poles (perhaps the instructions on this are rather sketchy ?)Overall - good value for money'

"Hello Mike, thank you for your review and helpful feedback. We have posted some spare winged bolts and bungees free of charge, you will received these in first class post. The leg covers have an eyelet in the bottom to put a peg through into the ground so you don't need to use the hook if you have the sidewalls on. I hope that helps!"

I was pleased to be offered a modest discount as the purchase was for our Guide Dogs for the Blind gazebo. TNT, however, did not initially leave the parcels in our absence, as requested. A form was provided for me to sign and leave outside the following day when delivery was made.

we rode over one hundred miles on a Saturday morning to see items in your showroom fully erected,the guy who showed us aroundd was fantastic. Thankyou Gala. x

I did have an issue with the canopy I purchased in 2015 but Gala contacted me to help and helped resolved it quickly

Product is easy to erect and store - perhaps a better instruction is required that the top canopy is to be removed would be good rather than a note in 'Hints and Tips' as this is vital in keeping the canopy in good condition.

Good value marquee. Easy to errect although estimated errection time ambitious. Only problem experienced was that some grub screws wouldn't screw in. Great telephone sales service. Would fully recommend.
