From the initial phone call to recieving my order I was kept updated, product was as described and finished off my studio.

We ordered from Gala Tent as a recommendation from a previous customer and were given a good price. Delivery was efficient. We haven't taken the gazebo out of the box but will look at it in the Spring. Yes we would recommend to family and friends as you have a good reputation.

We needed two banners for our Lions Club Christmas 'Santa's Flying Bedstead' roof rack for touring Billingshurst and surrounding villages during our carol collection. Gala responded extremely promptly, were keen to meet our precise requirements and provided a competent and friendly service. Also delivered within two days and proved to be excellent quality.

I was very impressed with my kind and patient sales advisors whom had excellent product knowledge and was clearly spoken. He was very helpful. I explained my needs and was guided towards a marquee the is the perfect size for storing my garden furniture in over the winter months. It has proven itself to be watertight and strong and took my husband and out 12 year old just a few hours to fix securely to the ground. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and came to them in the first place on the strength of good reviews. would definitely use again.

The staff at gala could not be more helpful following our recent order , even down to help with the choice of colors of the livery on the two new gazebos we have just ordered. The tents themselves are by fare the best on the market and so simple to put up

we ordered a 3mtr by 3mtr at the leisure show ,a good deal ,arrived as requested ,everything we asked for was there ,the quality is superb,i would recommend gala to everyone ,and we will buy again soon.

We have recently purchased a 6mx12m clear span marquee off of yourselves. We are very pleased with it and it looks great other than the walls. The wires that hold the walls up are just not up to the job. We have had some breaking and falling back down. The metal hooks on the tensioners have also been stretching resulting in the wires falling off and then the hooks being unusable. We have since managed to fix the issue by cable tying the walls to the eves purlin but as you can imagen this does not look the prettiest and is rather disappointing that we have had to do this. I was just wondering if we could come to a solution to resolve my issue.
