Gala Tent UK

We took some time to decide whether to buy a Gala pop up gazebo against some of the other products available on the web. A UK company was important to us, as was a reputable company that we could return to if there was a need for spares in case we had a problem a few years down the line. Unfortunately our original choice of colour, Orange, was not available from stock and we needed an urgent delivery but the customer service team from Gala were very proactive in looking at other options, in the end we chose purple for our party tent and we are very pleased with our choice.The quality is very good, very sturdy, I will be purchasing the storm bars for our next party, probably not needed but I can not quite take the engineer out of me.I did not fully appreciate how large the gazebo frame and cover was was when folded away, need to find a good storage place for it.The design and attention to detail is very good, overall very pleased with the purchase.

This is the 3rd Gala Tent that I have purchased and I would have to say the most disappointing. It is 6m x 3m and due to it being different material to previous there is no extra flap over the stitching so in wet weather it does tend to leak, so no hanging stock around the sides, also the top canopy doesn''t quite fit properly so the leg covers don''t quite reach the holes in the legs where they are meant to clip into. Perhaps it will stretch with time. Other than that the service was very good as usual.

Excellent, This 3 x 3m one compliments our previous purchase of a 6 x 3m one previously. Both work as expected.

After a disaster with the delivery which to be honest wasn't Gala Tents fault (the delivery depo that they were newly using went into administration!) The tent finally arrived in good order and Gala customer services offered me £20 compensation on my next order. The quality of the tent material is excellent and their information on erecting the tent is very good. I wont be using the tent until the spring so can't comment further on this. I was drawn to Gala Tents because they offer an excellent after sales service including replacement and repair items. I've seen their tents in action and they are well made and very durable. They are very competitively priced and it is great that they offer storage bags for all the components while in storage, I strongly advise investing in these. If it hadn't been for the problems over delivery, I would have given them 5 stars, I would certainly buy fro them again.

To be honest a bit disappointed with the whole situation. This is my second time purchasing a gala tent. These condone being twice the size. After having 2 weeks & being extremely careful with it I’ve noticed very tiny holes appearing & one or two tiny slits, they are small but it shouldn’t of happened. I complained on my warranty & have been told it’s to do with when it was made. But that’s rubbish. They have sent me two patches to compensate but I’m not happy.

Perfect marquee for what we wanted , great price , easy to put up & take down , looks good inside & out , already used for 4 weddings & another 3 to go before the years out !
