Fantastic Product, very well made, looks great and will save us money in the long run.

So far so good, order process, acknowledgement, arranged delayed delivery and all arrived on due day as promised. That was only yesterday and I've yet to open the box, but on basis of whats happened so far am pretty confident that all will be o.k. Couldn't fault so far all. Customer service has been very good as well.

Great product, used for the first time last week kids even slept out over night. The wind picked up the next day and this stood steady with no problems. Very impressed with product, good customer service and delivery. would recommend.

I had a lot of problems with the fire inspection that was carried out and I called in a number of times and I got all the help that I needed. They tuck the money but lived up to much more then I expected. So thank you Guys you deserve 10 ??????

Fantastic next day service, good quality, great value for money

Ordered a gazebo 3.30pm on a Thursday and received it the next day. Excellent customer service. My only negative is that it is so heavy to carry and not easy to pull along as it keeps turning over with just 2 wheels on the trolly carry case. Would 4 wheels not be easier then it could be pushed upright and you could have a bit more control? Nice and sturdy once set up.

I initially contacted Gala tents with some queries re the product I was looking at, with a view to purchase. I found the information given during the telephone call to be excellent. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. This persuaded me that Gala tents would be the best for us.Th event arrived the next day with the extras ordered. The video was helpful and instructions have helped with a practi run of erecting the marquee.As yet, the marquee has not been put to use and so I cannot comment about this. But, materials are as specified and are strong.
