Very pleased vwith the quality of the gazebo and flags and the ease of setting up.

The quality of the gazebo is excellent. It is really strong and weatherproof and looks very professional. We were however slightly disappointed with the half wall which has a slot in for a vertical strengthening bar but this is not supplied as part of the package and at no point were we informed that we would need to purchase this as an additional item. Also we ordered a canopy for the front of the gazebo which apparently only comes in white but again we were not told this even though we were purchasing a blue gazebo

Great experience buying from Gala Tent, everything was pretty simple and arrived on time.I'm impressed with the quality of the frame work and storage cases and they are easy to set up.I would recommend and use again.

the ordering and quick delivery where smooth and hassel free.But i was a little disapointed to find out from another buyer of your products that they had had free delivery on there item which was only a new top cover and we had to pay full delivery on £700-00 of new Gazebos

Needed to replace canopy and end panels on my marquee. Ordering was quick and easy and the panels arrived next day. Only disappointed you no longer do solid side panels.

Hello we as a group do events throughout the year to get together residents of our village and others we needed gazebo's and tables to be rigorous enough and easy to use for our Carnival,Christmas fair etc it took a lot of research to select Gala Tent out of many companies but we were persuaded by the quality of construction,readily available accessories,replacement parts [though never needed] and competitive prices.after discussions with the team about our needs the process of purchase was made easy and friendly once we was happy to go ahead all the work was done for us the service was tremendous ,they was delivered very quickly and well packed with a helpful manual included,we have now purchased five gazebo's over time all of the same great quality with no deterioration whatsoever,before you buy check out Gala Tent you will be amazed at what this Yorkshire company can do for you,we as a group continually receive compliments regarding our equipment and do tell all our friends and family's and anyone else for that matter how good a company and their products are -- we won't buy anywhere else

Helpful and friendly service. As I was buying this gazebo for a charity there was a lot of red tape to deal with and Gala Tent helped me every step of the way.The Gazebo is great quality and comes with everything you could need, including a really handy bag on wheels!

Very expensive product for the quality that actually arrived . I was expecting the same stability and quality of the last product I purchased from gala tent . My latest purchase was easy to put up and compact however is was flimsy and not sturdy . Would not take even the smallest amount of wind . Very disappointing .
