Absolutely superb! I cannot rate this company highly enough. Firstly and I suppose most importantly there is the product. Having bought numerous party tents over the years we decided 5 years ago to buy a Gala tent 4x10m marquee for a party we were having at home. We are on a very exposed site and if there’s a gentle breeze locally we have a hurricane. We have watched all the other marquees we have purchased blow away but not the Gala Tent. We have used ours at least twice a year since we bought it and it is as good today as it was when brand new. This year my son wanted to purchase a 4x4m gazebo for an agricultural show. We decided to buy a 4x4m canopy and use our existing marquee. This is where the famous Gala customer service steps in. I used live chat and was helped not only to make sure I got the right part but received excellent advice about getting the best value for money when it came to delivery costs. So the product is superb and the customer service is faultless...what’s not to like?

Excellent once erected. Guidance on attaching walls needed: Window blinds inside or out? If end panels have logo outside, then blinds are inside (zip arrangement decrees). Second: bolts very stiff. It would not be difficult to add a simple tool to overcome this. Otherwise, overall quality first class

tables arrived next day as promised after completing a very and secure payment process. the tables are great ready to use straight from the box . really secure and sturdy and can take the from hot trays without leaving any marks.
