an excellent addition to the tent, the lights worked very well , 12 lights were ideal for a night event in a 6 * 10 Tent. The only improvement I could suggest is a longer tail for the plug lead to get from the eaves and down a wall to connect to a floor based connection

Very pleased with the quality of the marquee, the ease in .which it was erected and the sturdiness whilst withstand wind without having support straps. In my case the marquee was screwed down using the ground bars onto a wooden floor laid on a patio

I rang Gala after suffering a small rip in my marquee. Whilst the normal repair kit was no loger available, they sold me an end panel, which I can cut into patches to repair marquee. Cost was great and solved my problem. Helpful staff !!!!

Quick and easy to order from this site called first to check sizes and had a few questions all my questions answered quickly pleasure dealing with this comany

We are usually very satisfied with the products from Gala tent but this time we are slightly disappointed. The timing of the order to deliver was excellent as was the customer service. The printing and cover is not of the standard we have had before and we are already seeing holes in the canopy. The contact details were printed on the back of the canopy where customers can''t see so eventually we will need to replace this. We have been offered a re printing but at a cost. Even though slightly disappointed we will continue to order as the customer service os excellent. As i send this I have been asked to contact customer services which I have already done and offered a resolve to the situation but at this time we can''t pay for a re print.
