We recently used our 3x3m branded gazebo for the first time at the Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival. We were delighted with the look and feel of our Gala Tent. In the past we had used a standard gazebo with printed banners which were a bit flimsy. The ease of setting up and the build quality made all the difference and we would highly recommend Gala Tent. We have just made a purchase of x4 leg weights as the wind did get up over the weekend, but Gala Tent kindly price matched these as we found slightly cheaper elsewhere.

The panels for our large marquee were damaged by high winds and we needed replacements as quickly as possible.i ordered them on line from the easily navigated brochure. i got great service as usual from gala with my order arriving within 48hrs . I have recommended Gala to many people involved in Guide and scout activities in our region and they have all been really happy with the service they received

This is a really strong and waterproof gazebo, can thoroughly recommend it. Feels like it will last a lifetime! Great service from the company too, it arrived the next day as promised.

Excellent service

I have used Gala popups now for over 5 years and apart from side sheets or a new canopy this is the first time i have had to order a replacement part. The item was easy to identify the staff are brilliant and the part arrived for me next day. I wouldn't go anywhere else and now have 8 of these units in differing sizes. Quality of Gazebo is excellent and well worth the money to know it will withstand high winds and heavy rain without having to worry about it blowing away or leaking.however we did find it slighlty mis-leading when purchasing as we didn't realise that the canopy was only available in white which doesn't really match our blue tent and neither did we realise that there is no mid-way vertical support pole with the half wall so this does tend to sag in the middle as 4.5 m is too long a stretch to only have support at either end

Excellent service for a very good product.

3/4 star rating, Nice to buy uk made product, once order payment had been made product and delivery was fairly quick. We had a logo printed above door area. You can see where gala logo was removed if you look hard. Was disappointed not to get storage bags included in price.But the quality of the product looks good , Our tent has been up for 3 weeks on Cornish coastal location & everything look on so far.

So happy with my purchase. Customer service over the phone was extremely helpful, delivery was within the promised times and the product is built to last a long time. Would highly recommend. Thank you

The product arrived quickly although was badly packaged so was damaged and I had to return it. A replacement was swiftly sent out so I was happy in the end

Great service great products

I wanted something super sturdy that could be used and taken down in a short space of time. The heavy gauge frame is not light, but neither should it be. Plenty of confidence when it comes to setting up and dropping down. The printing was exactly as agreed and the sides which were on back order were delivered once available. I had a problem with the carry bag which was quickly resolved. Can’t fault the customer service. Not all carry bags have pockets for carrying the sides and the canopy, but these will add a lot of weight to an already heavy load, so I prefer to carry them seperately anyway. Highly recommended.
