sales rep was very good and helpful. I was on my way out on holiday and i ask for the delivery on the next day to be early in the morning and first thing in the morning my goods was with me at the crack of dawn i was so impress thanks again i really appreciate it because i really needed the cover my stuff before i went away.

The product was easy to find and I only wanted two corner pieces that have cracked. When I came to order the carriage was more expensive than the parts which seems a gross miscarriage!

Really easy to set up and very good materials24h delivery!!

With the ready availability of replacement parts , we have recycled a 4 x4 m Gala tent with its new roof and a set of sides . Fortunately the elastic bobble ties are also available in sensible quantities and the tie down ratchet straps are a positive must. No Guy ropes for our member to even thing of tripping over . This 4 x4 merges along side the 6x4 a real treat. Thanks for all your help Chaps.

What a difference the base makes to my recently purchased gala tent it makes it much more secure well worth it

The marquee is a quality product with a few minor issues related to my needs. There were stitched self adhesive labels which I did not want as it is a non commercial location.The Pro version uses Dutch lacing rather than heavy duty zips, and I found that the location of the Velcro strips meant that they were not fully overlapped, especially with the ground bars fitted. The wing nuts were fairly poor and I requested four extra which were promptly provided and were of far superior quality. I also ordered the wind resistance anchoring and the strap mechanism on one was poor. Despite these issues, I am happy with the product.I have recommended and demonstrated the marquee to my brother in law.

Excellent service, ordered a new gazebo canopy at 1400 and it was with me at 0900 the next morning, just in time for the rain!
