Helpful and friendly service. As I was buying this gazebo for a charity there was a lot of red tape to deal with and Gala Tent helped me every step of the way.The Gazebo is great quality and comes with everything you could need, including a really handy bag on wheels!

Very expensive product for the quality that actually arrived . I was expecting the same stability and quality of the last product I purchased from gala tent . My latest purchase was easy to put up and compact however is was flimsy and not sturdy . Would not take even the smallest amount of wind . Very disappointing .

"Hi Sharon, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the lighter compact gazebo. This gazebo has more components so it can fold up smaller and therefore has more movement in than the larger frames. If this is not suitable for you and has not been in use then this can be returned within the 30 day return policy for refund or exchange for something more suitable for you. I used the chat window on the site to answer a few questions, was offered a discount over the online price and Gazebo was delivered the next day, absolutely excellent service. The Gazebo is brilliant and went together in about half an hour, good instructions.

As always Gala products are the best. My only wish was that you still sold the blank window walls rather than combined and also that legs were all still attached to roof as when it rains and there is a bit of wind the edges of the roof lift and rain blows in.
