We are usually very satisfied with the products from Gala tent but this time we are slightly disappointed. The timing of the order to deliver was excellent as was the customer service. The printing and cover is not of the standard we have had before and we are already seeing holes in the canopy. The contact details were printed on the back of the canopy where customers can''t see so eventually we will need to replace this. We have been offered a re printing but at a cost. Even though slightly disappointed we will continue to order as the customer service os excellent. As i send this I have been asked to contact customer services which I have already done and offered a resolve to the situation but at this time we can''t pay for a re print.

"Thank you for taking the time to review us , we are pleased to hear you are happy with the service and speed of delivery. We do not recommend storing your canopy on the frame as the material can become trapped and holes can appear, if this is stored separately this will stop this from occurring. We do wish to help so if a cost price replacement is difficult we can send a free of charge repair kit out as a goodwill gesture. Kind Regards Gala Tent"

Bought my gala tent .. Sooooooo pleased with it. Just started a new craft venture and my stall now looks fab. Great quality and although ideally two to set it up I managed on my own when friend was late. Quick delivery and had no need to call Gala as everything perfect.. Will use again when I need a banner.

The 3rd roof for the Gazebo since new - Great framework but wish the covers were stronger - Only seem to last one season although all other shelters and poly tunnels on the farm seem to last well ... so maybe cover materials could be improved?

"Thank you for taking the time to review us. Our gazebo covers are covered under the warranty for 12 months and will last much longer with a little maintenance. We do advise to clean and dry your material depending on use and after 12 months a good waterproofing/ UV protector spray will help this last much longer. We recommend the Fabsil spray which can be bought from www.galatent.co.uk this is a great product, Kind Regards Gala Tent"

We didn't have instructions for the repair patch kit as the contact adhesive is very straightforward and is difficult to get it wrong, although we do appreciate that it can be reassuring to have instructions before you begin. We now include a small piece of paper in with the kit with a short note on application for future reference, Kind Regards Gala Tent"
