Product is as expected but delivery was messed up so spoilt they who experience. Product was still in delivery depot when they said they had tried to deliver it. Brought it the next day

Gala were really easy to engage with and provided very prompt delivery. I had a small issue with a couple of fittings which were quickly replaced. I would highly recommend Gala Tents.

We went to Gala Tents on recommendation from a friend. The 4 x 4 tent was delivered as promised with all components well packaged. The quality of finish to all components outstrips all previous such tents we have owned in the past.A subsequent order of accessories was dealt with promptly and without any hitches. Already used to great acclaim from friends we look forward to having many parties in the tent in years to come.

First off I would like to say that when I went to order the tent I was told that a new stock was due in the following Thursday which stopped me as I needed the tent for Sunday for a new Grand-daughter greet & meet and also my daughters birthday. After speaking with Darren he said he would do his best to make sure the tent arrived in time for the Party. True to his word he rang me on the Tuesday and said the tents were coming in a day early on the Wednesday.He would keep me informed and if nothing changed it would be delivered on the Thursday. 8:15 Thursday day morning 7 parcels arrived for me and i immediately rang Darren to say thankyou. After watching the video of how to assemble the Gala tent I and my other daughter started to assemble it. It took a bit of time to work out the structure but all parts were clearly marked and it soon took shape and was errected. Sunday came and all guests commented on my Gala Tent saying where did I get it and how sturdy it was and would I think to hire it out which the answer was most definitely NO! We now intend to put the tent up at the begining of Summer and take it down in the Autumn. The tent is 3m x 6m and is the ideal size for our family and Friends. It surpassed all expectations thank you Gala Tents.

I bought my first 10mx4m Gala marquee about 7 years ago. It has been used on numerous occasions, both by us and friends. It has proved robust and the small number of different poles and fittings mean it is easy to put together. Some friends recently tore the canopy by pulling on the corner pole covers (as explicitly warned not to do by Gala!). I ordered a replacement canopy and it arrived within 48 hours. Excellent quality, as I had come to expect . Well done Gala!
