From the very start of making contact with Gala tents the service was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and everything I required was dealt with by very good staff. All the gazebos ordered arrived on time on the date stated. Could not be a better service.

Pro 50 Gazebo - it''s a very sturdy gazebo, but on the 1st use it leaked around the window. I made a claim, and was declined. All they offered me was a free tube of sealant.....

Brilliant fantastic quality

I ordered a complete canopy, you sent me just the cover and you said if I am to return it I have to pay for the returns. I am very upset with the situation has it was not resolved. I have the canopy without the poles.

My husband and I decided to invest in a Gala Pro 50 3m x 4.5m Gazeebo to provide a good area of shade in our garden during the summer months for the children in our care. We absolutely love it. It is of fantastic quality and easy to put up. It’s so strong and although a bit heavy it’s manageable. Lee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The ordering and payment process was straight forward and very easy. Delivery was super speedy. We ordered and paid on Monday and delivery was on our doorstep Tuesday lunchtime. Amazing service. Thank you so so much. 100% top company to do business with. Already been asked where we purchased it from. Will be highly recommending your company and products. And to make thing even better it’s designed and built in Britain.
