Gala were recommended to me by a friend who uses them all the time with his motor bike racing team. The Marqee arrived well packed and in good condition, which is more than can be said for 2 previous suppliers. The Marquee was easy to erect once we found Gala's demonstration on the net, we are now able to put it up and take it down and packed away very quikley. The strength of the whole thing is very good, solid poles and joints and a strong weather tight canvas covering. On the whole a very good product and service, I would recommend anyone to use Gala Tent for there outdoor needs.

I do trade fairs and have seen Gala tents used by other traders. They stand up to winds/weather conditions much better than my pop up gazebo

The 3mx3m Gala Shade Pro 40 is a sturdy product and the logo printing looks great. Very helpful discussions with your staff to get exactly what we wanted. Excellent customer service. The only draw back was two holes in the ground bars were drilled on the incorrect side but easily remedied.

OUR FIRST VISIT TO GALATENT TO LOOK AT GAZEBO'S TURNED OUT TO BE A CHILLED RELAXED VISIT. CORY WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AS FIRST TIME BUYERS, THIS RESULTED IN US BUYING FROM GALATENT AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO IN THE FUTURE.

So easy to use and as a heavy duty gazebo it relatively light

The service was great, only downside was I did not recieve the full package of my marquee. I had to get in touch with customer service to send me the rest of the marquee parts that was missing after emailing pictures of the marquee. I must say the response and action taken with customer service was quick and efficient. I receieved the missing marquee parts just in time for the big event at my house. All thanks to Susan Guests from customer service. I Look forward on future purchases from Gala tents.
