two faults with the canopy . it turned up moldy and then it leaked , however a new roof was sent out no charge, but no small offer of compensation offered, otherwise Gala would have gone beyond good service and received a 5 star rating

After being let down by another company, I rang Gala tents, extremely helpful and knowledgable, called Wednesday, marquee arrived Thursday, erected Friday, event saved!!! Good quality and easy to put up and get back down, I would definitely recommended and will use for all my marquee needs.

Just perfect for our needs. Had cheaper ones before, we should have bought Galatent first. Much cheaper in the long run.

Absolutely delighted with my 3m x 3m Gala tent, out for the first time in the craft village at Shrewsbury Folk Festival. Real freak weather on the friday afternoon, blowing an absolute hooley but she stood firm with no damage. Easy to erect and take down even for a little short 65 year-old! Staff were really helpful, talked me through everything I needed, no pressure to buy additional products, and delivered on time. Brilliant, thank you Gala

needed a new canopy urgently for a wedding when we discovered the old one had been attacked by mice. Ordered on the bank holiday and had the canopy by Wednesday, a real life saver!!

Excellent and efficient service

Order on the afternoon, arrived the next morning and it was up and ready within 2 hours - Nice and simple and is very robust. We bought this on a recommendation after having so many that just fall to pieces in the slightest bit of adverse weather, so far so good ! Fab customer service, would highly recommend !

I needed to replace the roof on a 6 x 4m tent so rang up to seek advice. The help and guidance I got was excellent which allowed me to purchase with confidence. The roof arrived quickly and it’s of good quality and exactly what was required. I also ended up purchasing a few extras including new bungee ties and wingnuts to replace lost or old ones. Fabulous service thank you.
