Delivered as promised. Sturdy and withstood high winds with ground bars and anchors. 1.5 hours time estimate provided for erection was realistic for 2 1/2 men. Comfortably seated 40 (8x4m) and when the sun came out the sides came off providing cool shade. Service and product excellent.

Absolutely top class product. Solid. Easy to assemble. Survived unexpected big Welsh winds without a hesitation. Great bag a bonus. I have spent a little bit less on previous gazebos but this feels strong and professional. Am delighted with this purchase... it came after a lot of research. Thanks to GalaTent team

Excellent product really well constructed . I've bought cheaper gazebos and lost them in the wind. This one really stood up to the job and protected my stock. Also looks very professional when set up at a fair or show.

Well built 3x6 Marquee well worth the value for money

The gazebo turned up next day as promised, a little late in day I have to say and if were not based in a community centre that stays open quite long hours we would have missed the delivery, the gazebo itself is of strong construction and is a doddle to erect, we always make sure we have someone on each leg but I'm sure two people could put it up without too much bother, the canopy is if a heaven gauge than I expected which was a pleasant supreme and coped admiralty with a short sharp downpour, the only dissapointment is that although the main frame of the gazebo has its own storage bag the canopy doesn't, still if that's the only drawback then we're on a winner, overall a nice piece of kit, not your cheap argos type of thing, that should last for a good few years (and if it doesn't then the Warren which seems quite long, should give you peace of mind)

Great product. Easy to use and seems much better quality than other gazebos I see on my travels. Customer service has been both friendly and effective.

We were given a gala marquee without ground fixings - phoned up for advice on what was needed. Was very impressed with the helpful advice and the speed and efficiency of the service. Thank you! Will use you again and recommend you to anyone needing a tent/marquee .

Initially the spare part was on 5 weeks delivery. ..but this was not made clear....bad to advertise and take orders on that basis. .however when I raised this they robbed the spare off a new unit..so customer care saved the day...I still think it id wrong to take money and put an item on back order ..

The marquee was delivered quickly and everything was present and correct. I was not going to use it until this weekend however both my son and I put it up in a couple of hours. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Now that it is up it looks great and I am looking forward to our party this weekend. The quality of poles, and PVC is very good and I am sure I will have many events in this marquee over the coming years. having hired marquees in the past this one is clearly of a similar quality and for the price of a couple of hires I now have my own outside room.
