Product arrived promptly and was exactly as described.

Gazebo arrived exactly on time. The bag straps are a bit flimsy but we are considering ordering a stronger version.

Telephone sales brilliant.You need to sort the Internet sales.Would recommend to friends.

Trouble free ordering, quick delivery, Gazebo seems well made, early day s yet, will hopefully edit this review when we have used it a bit more.

The marquee I ordered came the following day as promised and was exactly as described. It has been erected successfully with just a slight adjustment needed to one of the holes in the metal joints to allow the bolt to go in easily. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that there was no storage bag for it however I do realise it never actually said there would be! That will have to be an extra purchase. All in all very pleased with it.

Good sturdy tables, but would have liked them to be a bit lighter in weight if this is possible without sacrificing strength.

excellent Marquee bit disappointed that it did not come with bags to put canvass in and the bags we had to but make the canvass difficult to pick up and carry but overall a easy to erect tent with some very good features

Excellent tent, of good quality and well constructed. It is easy to put up and down by two persons. Disappointed that it does not come with bags for poles and canvas as standard - the boxes it comes in will soon get damaged and damp when out camping with the Cub Scouts - hence loss of a star.

GalaTent have been putting in a great effort at making their products user friendly and suitable directly for end consumers rather than just for professional tent hire companies. I am one of those end consumers and I appreciated their clear explanatory videos and help setting up the tent. However, this is not quite 'IKEA-level' yet and there is still much to improve on the completeness of their explanations, so currently as an end user I had to do some figuring out myself and couldn't rely solely on the videos. For example, the videos don't show what to do with the 'middle legs' flaps nor that you have to put the 'C' legs with the holes down facing outwards in order to peg them in. There are no instructions on how to attach the end walls or side walls if you decide to leave out some bays to create an opening (as advertised on the product description.) Nevertheless, this is a fantastic solid product and I am delighted with my purchase and with GalaTent's effort to make it user friendly. I hope that GalaTent keeps working on it and listening to customer feedback and make their product and instructions even better!

It will be useful if there are step by step instructions in writing and also instead of cardboard packaging, you can provide canvas bags for that length for easy storage

Although I have been well pleased with past dealings I'm afraid this one was not what I would expect.Firstly the patches I received were 100mm square not as stated. After emailing about this i was kindly sent some extra patches but the parcel had no postage paid on it. Meaning I had to pick the parcel up from the depot and pay the postage!

Excellent quality frame and covering, very effective ratchet tie-downs and pegs. Quite easy to erect but very heavy to carry/drag across fields.

Best option for our needs.
