Great team of very helpful, responsive and friendly staff! I called Gala in a panic a few days before an event after realising that I needed to get an updated valance wrap. The team were so helpful and even in a rush were able to make all the changes needed to the design. The wrap even arrived a day early! I've just bought another 4x3 thanks to the gales in April. I've been using Gala for quite a few years now and find them quite remarkable for what is essentially a tent. Unusually, mine is up 365 as I use it as a display room for my pottery and experience has taught me that I can expect it to stand up to most conditions. It does. Mind you, I do lash it down well. Very well! I now use the full monte PVC covers as they are much more robust and much easier to clean.Do I have any issues. The Dutch lacing is odd, but I manage.Good stuff all round.

Pro-50 Gazebo. Quality appears to be very good, I was looking for something a bit easier than the Gala Marquees to transport and erect, but which would be as well made.Excellent customer service rapidly replaced bag with damaged zip.
