Gala Tents basically saved my daughter's 21st birthday party from being a complete wash out. I had organised to rent a marquee for the weekend and was let down at the last minute. I phoned Gala and they were incredibly helpful, offered lots of useful advice and organised to courier a marquee to me by the following morning. The marquee was very straightforward to assemble and my husband and family had it sorted within an hour or so. It was equally quick to take down. The cost of buying a marquee is only little more than renting one and am so delighted that our rental fell through as now we have the best possible excuse to throw a party at the drop of a hat!

Staff were easy to get along with and quick to process my order in which I needed quite urgently.

You get what you pay for. First class product with next day delivery. Once received and erected decided to purchase leg weights to compliment the gazebo but told only blue could be supplied due to a management decision. Had to go online to another supplier to get a full set of green leg weights hence the 4 stars.

Five stars as advice prior to purchase, the purchase process, and quick delivery were very efficient , with a good customer interface. I followed up one one item which was dealt with by return. The marquee/tent totally meets my expectations and the web site fully informs on the best way of putting it up. I would recommend Galas products and service.

GENERALLY EASYTO ASSEMBLE. HAD A PROBLEM TRYING TO PUT THE SIDE WALLS ON INITIALLY. OVERALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Thanks for good service as always.Your packaging is not up to standard. Box with 4 chairs arrived in poor condition. Delivery of similar sized items from other companies have been packed much more securely. No improvement since last year.
