Excellent service again. Ordered another canopy as the previous one became quite tired but yet the awning frame is still very sturdy. Excellent service and quality products. Worth the money .

Great quality fast delivery, my only concern is that the warranty conditions are a bit of a get out. It should have the warranty without having to register and as long as it’s not been abused it should cover everything apart from wear and tear. Feel a bit cheated,Would have given it 5 stars if I could rely on the warranty.

We do ask customers to register their warranty as customers have different warranty lengths, for example hirers have a shorter warranty due to the third party nature of their business. If a customer comes with an issue and has forgotten to register their warranty we would simply register this for them, your statutory rights are not affected. The box was all ripped when it was delivered, but the delivery driver warned it had been 'trashed a bit'.Product is very well made and sturdy. We bought some corkscrew pegs and ratchets from Amazon as my garden can get quite windy. It kept it in place. Overall a very well made product. I am very pleased with it. I would recommend not wasting any more money on cheap imitations and get a really robust tent.
