The first thing to remember is to do your research, I ordered the pro-50 without seeing one AND it is BIG.The frame is a lot bigger than I thought it would be.That said it was a lovely piece of workmanship, easy to put up and take down (my wife and I did it no problem) neither of us in our youth.A little disappointed that we wern't to leave the canopy on but understandable.There were a lot of pieces to it as I ordered the side bars, sun canopy etc so a dry run is best. But it was a very good purchase. ordered on thursday, delivered on friday brilliant.I would recommend the galatent to anyone that wants a good stable tent with ease of erection.Thank you

These guys are absolutely flawless! From speaking to them a few months ago and receiving a quote I went back to the, they remembered who I was and dealt with tommy order very quickly and professionally. I wouldn't use anybody else as it wouldn't make sense to go else where. From ordering to design and delivery - the whole process was exceptional. I had one point of contact and he loaded with my web designer. They produced a mock up proof within a few days and then delivered within a week. The quality of the 3x3m gala tent is amazing and easy to use. Gala tents is the only place to go.

My first Gala tent I purchased had been damaged and I was seeking advice from your Customer Service Advisor, Susan Guest relating to the optimum way of making good the damage. She was extremely helpful relating to this and after some discussions etc. I agreed that it was more advantageous to purchase a replacement canopy. Fortunately this item was being offered at a most favourable price so I accepted the offer. Delivery was achieved in good time and the item is secured in its delivered box. ( I have not yet opened this but would not expect there to be any problems.)Again a great service from your organisation and I have already spoken about this to my friends.Thank you.

Excellent quality! Delivery was quick and on time. I needed the straps to hold a relatively cheap but large gazebo (6m x 3m) for a week whilst I was doing a DIY job in my garden. It was very windy at times and the straps held the gazebo securely in place.The ratchet is easy to operate and straps are of high quality. The recommended quantity to secure a gazebo of any size under the specifications section was very useful.

Have been needing a Gazebo for a while, we bought a cheaper one which didn't last long so not that cheap in the end. we were after something that would last a while and I have looked at your website (and others) and after comparison .... here we are

Don't usually bother with reviews but...Just replaced the canopy on our 4x8 Gala Tent which was ordered and delivered the following day.I can't rate Gala Tent highly enough, their products are extremely hard wearing (our marquee stays up 365 days of the year) and we replace the cover every few years just for aesthetic purposes at a reasonable price.A lot of other tents, marquees and gazebos on the market may look great but seem to be designed for a sheltered Caribbean island not the weather we have in England.Our frame has be in place for approximately 7 years, held down with Gala Tents ratchet straps, and not a bent pole in sight. I'd recommend Gala Tent for anyone looking for commercial or domestic solutions to bringing outside inside.Well done!
