The 2kw heaters made a huge difference to the comfort of our guests on a September evening. Would have rated a five but one of the brackets provided to fit the gazebo frame was troublesome due to the thread being inadequate. Heaters are definately a good buy.

Great product, very sturdy and easy to erect

Very friendly service with good product knowledgeI purchased a 6x4 PVC Elite Marquee with ground bar and am very pleased with the product.The marquee is easy to put up with 2 people and is very good quality, you will need to purchase additional storm tie down straps as these are not included in the pack.I purchased the bags for storage but the marquee comes in good boxes which can be reused and possibly easier to store as they can be stacked.Delivery is next day, I ordered at 11am in the morning and at 8:30 am the next day it was delivered.Spare parts are available if required if you damage a part which means you don’t have to purchase a new marquee.I would not hesitate to use Galatents again.

Speedy delivery of replacement parts for our 6 year old marquee (already packed away for next year). Order checked & re-sealed for use next May. Great to be able to confirm with friendly, knowledgeable staff that you're ordering the right stuff (my second time for replacements - last time due to vandalism). Would recommend Gala Tent to anyone on whole package - quality, cost & service.

my only concern is that there is only one window side and because the gazebo is black it is quite dark inside if you have to keep all sides on due to weather. I was expecting two sides with windows automatically , now i will need to purchase another side.

Brilliant products. Great value for money. Julie helped me start to finish, she was lovely and knew everything about the products.Can't stress enough if wanting to buy a shelter of some sort or any of their products investing the time to go to their showroom. Can really see and find out everything you need to know. Internet doesn't do things justice and can see why it may be worth while investing a little more.Definitely be buying from again in the future.

we bought a Gala Tent 3 meters by 3 meters then purchased the weights and sides that go with it. I love love love this tent/gazebo. I'm allergic to the sun and needed shade in the back garden. This Gazebo gives me such a large area of shade, we have put out hot tub under it and dining table and chairs. It's like an outdoor home to us now and I can't say how much we have enjoyed having this living space in our back garden. It has withstood all the wind and rain that we had over the spring/summer far better than any of the cheaper versions that we tried in the past. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for shade in their garden. I also wish to add that the service from these guys and delivery was fantastic.

A brilliant marquee ! We used it for a beer fest on the rear of our pub it's so sturdy and looks great.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Next day delivery was great. No complaints at all!
