I can always guarantee good service from Gala Tent, my original Gazebo Purchase was over two years ago and the High quality unit is still going strong having been used for a range of events . This purchase was to replace the Carrying Bag, which after being dragged around, loaded and unloaded dozens of times eventually 'gave in'.
