The gazebo cover had some damage and they would not replace it, they said it was my fault saying I folded it away with the frame causing the cuts, this was untrue and it had been used only once and put away separately from frame, very poor after sales service no help at all I wish I never got it from them.

"Thank you for your review, unfortunately the photos that we received showed damage consistent with the canopy been trapped in the framework which is very distinctive. We have offered some repair patches and glue free of charge which can be applied to the inside and would not be visible on the outside, these have been sent as requested, Kind Regards Gala Tent"
