Altogether a great shopping experience - I ordered by phone and can honestly say it was simple and quick and the adviser was very helpful. I also liked the very secure payment method that was used. The tent arrived on the correct day, in good condition and well packaged. The tent was easy to put up after an initial practice run, mostly by two people with occasional help from a third. Once up the tent was very impressive, of excellent quality and admired by our guests, it made our party all the more special. We had a couple of bad shopping experiences elsewhere (inferior quality, non-delivery) before finding Gala Tent, should have tried you first! The prices might be higher but you definitely get what you pay for with Gala Tent. Thank you - will shop with you again when needed and will be recommending you to family/friends/colleagues.

First class service from a very helpful staff member who attended to me when I visited your office and showroom. He was very attentive and offered up some good advice which made our purchase much more worthwhile.

My purchase of a 6M x 10M pro elite marquee. The marquee, when up is superb but.it is rather fiddly and time consuming and extremely heavy. The instructions say to have the required number of people to lift the marquee to fit the legs but they do not idicate what the right amount of people is. Consequently we broke a fitting because we did not have sufficient people to lift the marquee. Dismantling was much easier as we had more people. My only real disappointment.is the tubes that run the length of the marquee come in three different lengths, making it far more fiddly and more chance of errors. Far far better to have had all the tubes the same.length. I also purchased six pairs of ratchet straps and heavy duty pegs the straps are really good but the pegs could have been a little more robust for a stucture of this size. The four pegs amd guy lines.tjat came with the marquee are an absolute joke, they are just about.good enough for a all windbreak. I can't imagine why Gala even included such pathetic pegs and string.for such a stucture. Once the marquee is up it is absolutely superb but it does take quite a lot of time and effort.

Great Customer Service

The table opens really easily (you need two people to pull at each end to make sure it clicks into its rigid position) and it is very solid. We bought it with the optional shelf which gives you lots of room under the table and this makes the structure even more rigid. It has adjustable leg heights so you can make it right for you, and now we have this we wont be using the old standard tables we used to use. This is a great investment for us and is just the right size for a 3m gazebo - makes us look and feel very professional!

We needed a 6 x 4 marque as a stage extension to our 14 year old 6 x 12 marquee. (not a Gala product) After various discussions with Gala I ordered it and the marquee arrived by 9.30 the next morning. We erected both marquees last weekend. The new tent is a very good match to our old one the ridge being less than 5cm lower on the new one. The quality of the product is top class. My 4.5mx3.0m pro 50 pop up gazebo arrived on time, well packaged and all bits ordered there...now for the test ... my wife and I put the canopy up in no time, really easy.....she was really please with the quality of it..I put on the side walls by myself (a little bit time consuming on your own) but would have been easy with 2 people ...again great quality ...I would have liked the option to have had the opening section on the end wall to drive my car into as this will be used at motorsport events, but really no big deal,...the price..........what can I say ....you get what you pay for .... hopefully this will last us for years .thanks Gala,.

Light was well packed and seems to be well made, it required the heating element fitting before use as this was in a protective sleeve for transport. Tube clamp seems to cope with a good range of tube diameters with a wing nut to tighten. I used the unit with a dimmer pack to control the heat and this seemed to work well when full output was not required. Being IR you feel the warmth immediately and over a large area.
