Gala tents provide a very good product. Your marquee is well designed, sturdy and simple to assemble. However the very sturdiness of the frame makes it quite heavy to lift if both sides of the frame are completely assembled, before trying to join the two sides together. In addition there is quite a danger of buckling the rafters or joints, when trying to join the two sides together, without the cross-bracings installed.Next time we assemble the marquee, we will assemble only one side of the frame completely and then assemble the second side in stages: i.e. lift the assembled side, insert the seven rafters, install the 'crosses' and longitudinal members. then install the cross-braces 'D'. I consider installing the cross-braces ('D') at this stage is a crucial activity to avoid damaging any of the rafters or joints.Then lift again and install the second set of rafters and complete assembling the second side of the frame.Pull the roof canvas (PVC) in place and tie to the frame with bungees (to avoid it blowing away). Lift one side of the frame and install the legs. Finally lift the other side of the frame and insert the legs.May I suggest that instructions to the above effect are put on the internet?For some reason we found that we had about eight surplus 'B' (1, 2 and 3) members left over.If the above is unclear, I would be happy to discuss this with your people (01892661882) or we could do this by email.

thank you so much the poles we ordered at 3pm on the friday for our marque were delivered at 10am the next morning and our beer fest started at noon whereby we had 2000 people coming through out the day and the marque was up in good time. big thank you to Susan guest for sorting it.

Very well made strong product. I looked at others but this gala gazebo was by far the best. Spoke to staff at other companies but most did not know their own prodict. All staff at gala were very helpfull and now their stuff. I love my new gazebo and really pleased that I bought from gala.

Buyers beware, I recently purchased a 3x12 metre Marquee sadly it would not fit in the designated area. So contacted Gala Tents, to ask if I could return the 3x12m roof section and get two 3x6m roof sections? This is when I was informed a 3x6m roof section alone was £240.00 and my 3x12m roof sectioned Id purchased and wanted to return was only worth £199.00. All off a sudden the discount applied on the whole Marquee applied solely to my roof section. I tried to reason by saying well can you just give me one 3x6m cover in return for my 3x12 cover instead off the requested two replacements? Then it was made clear it would cost me the £40.00 difference if I wanted one times a 3x6m roof cover, I think this was abysmal after giving them nearly £1000 worth off business.Clearly I would not reccomend this company, purchase at you're own risk; as there is no compromise if incorrectly ordered.Would highly reccomend purchasers find alternative suppliers.

This is the 3rd Gazebo I have purchased from Gala Tent. Firstly a couple of years ago, bought the 3x3 and also a 6x3 on behalf of our Blood Bike Charity. And i've got to say they have been used at events pretty much every weekend since. We have now decided to expand by getting another 3x3 and im just in the process of ordering another 6x3. You certainly get what you pay for and having that many cheap ones break, I'm certainly sticking with the heavy duty ones from Gala Tent, Many thanks
